I am making 10 gingerbread houses this year.
Fully decorated houses will cost £45. Undecorated houses will cost £30 and undecorated flat packed houses will cost £20.

Busier than I have ever been. By 23rd December I will have baked almost 3000 biscuits since mid November!

Things are really starting to heat up in the kitchen.
I'm curently baking laptops, gingerbread men, gingerbread women, gingerbread brogues (shoes), bespoke christmas baubles and more next month too!
By the time I close the kitchen for Christmas I will have hand cut, hand baked and hand decorated around 1500 biscuits.
My business is just me, with the exception of these next few weeks, when my wonderful wife is dealing with email and telephone requests for orders.
I'm still taking orders, however my earliest delivery slot is 19th December 2016.

Beginning work on more Cockerels for a Nottingham based clothing company. This is their third large order this year!
Should, hopefully begin working on an order for UCL, another repeat customer.

I have had to close the kitchen due to the death of my infant son, Max. He fought so hard but tragically died from Sepsis.

Made 80 gingerbread men for Elizabeth Arden.

I'll be closing the kitchen again for a few weeks whilst my infant son has heart surgery. I should be taking orders again from the end of July.

I made 200 gingerbread 'revolutionary fists' for a fashion company I worked with in January for the launch of their new collection at London Collection Men. Great clients, who like to think outside the box with their design requests.

New year and new orders.
Freehand cutting 150 cockerels for 8th January for a Nottingham based clothes company exhibiting their autumn/winter mens range in London.
I love bespoke orders, they keep things really exciting.
I said in December I was expecting to make 1500 biscuits, in fact I made 1700 biscuits, including:
Cats, bears, shoes, men, houses and a factory, catering to national and international brands.

What a crazily busy month this is!
By the end of December I will have made over 1500 biscuits, houses and a factory!
There are not enough hours in the day this month.

The orders are coming in for December and already it looks like it is going to be a very busy time.
I already have a large order for one the UK's leading marketing companies and a heritage shoe manufacturer.

I have received a lot of enquiries from well known brands and companies asking for traditional products and some less traditional and innovative products.
September 2015
I made three gingerbread houses and 150 gingerbread men for King's Venues (king's College Events) which they took to the Square Meal food festival to promote their services. People visiting the stall were able to decorate the gingerbread men and their's was named best stall at the event.

Have received several enquiries regarding large orders for September and December.
I made 100 gingerbread unicorns for a West End play featuring the said characters.

I was asked by Fetch Publicity to make a bespoke order for a Warner Brothers film launch. They were delivered on 16th July. I had lots of fun with this project and the team at Fetch were great.

14th: Made two-tone gingerbread valentine hearts.
9th: I made reheaded gingerbread men for Redken/L'Oreal.
December 2014
8th: Received a last minute order from a well known retailer fro 150 decorated gingerbread men to be delivered on 11th December.
8th: Delivered the first two of this year's flat packed gingerbread houses.
3rd: Delivered 100 gingerbread characters from a well known West End theatre show. I made two templates and hand cut each one.
The fair at Kite Studios went well and my florentines in particular were a hit! I took some orders for gingerbread houses.
November 2014
I will be running a stall at the Kite Studios http://kitestudios.org/ on Friday 29th and saturday 30th November.

27th: I delivered 200 gingerbread men and two gingerbread houses to the Foodies Festival at the Old Truman Brewery in East London. This is an international food festival attracting 20,000 to 30,000 people over three days. I was tied up with other commitments otherwise I'd have taken a pitch.
18th: I made 70 new design gingerbread princesses, complete with fringes and frilly dresses for a bithday party.
5th: I made gingerbread women for a customer for a birthday party. This was a first, however they turned out rather well.
October 2014
17th: I ran a stall at an early bird chritmas fair in Shepherd's Bush. My products sold well and I took some orders for gingerbread houses.
I've been making gingerbread pumpkins and bats throughout October.

I was asked to design gingerbread products, including gingerbread log cabins for the launch of a mainstream horror comedy movie.
August 2014
28th: I was asked to make an undecorated gingerbread house for a television programme on ITV called "Who's Doing The Dishes?" in which Pat Sharp and a guest decorated the gingerbread house.
14th: I was asked by a children's author if I could design and make 5000 gingerbread biscuits in the shape of their fictional character. 5000 was too much this time. Maybe in the future I'll be geared up to make those numbers.
12th: Made and delivered a special order of 30 gingerbread sharks for a London-based entertainments company for a viewing of the film 'Jaws'. I included 4 sharks with cayenne pepper that can bite back when you take a bite.
11th: Made and delivered 150 gingerbread unicorns to The Vaudeville Theatre on The Strand for a gala breakfast for the musical "I Believe in Unicorns".

Received a special order from the entertainments company I delivered to in 2013 for personalised gingerbread men as part of a contract they were pitching for. They went down very well.

13th: I made and delivered 50 gingerbread men to a leading London private school
7th: The Gingerbread Man made and supplied 200 gingerbread knights to a London-based entertainments company who organised a family event for a well know West End musical.

I made my first three Gingerbread Houses of the winter for Brackenburys and Waterstones. They have a new design and taste and smell as good as ever.
My Gingerbread Men and Gingerbread Teds are selling better than ever. They are now sold at Brackenbury's shops in Brackenbury Village, Askew Road and Barnes. You can also buy them at three Raoul's Branches in Hammersmith, Maida Vale and Notting Hill. You can also buy my Gingerbread Men and Gingerbread Teds at Waterstones at the following branches: Piccadilly, Greenwich and Richmond.
Party Time
I have begun making gingerbread biscuits for children's birthday parties and recently designed and created 50 gingerbread princesses. (See the Products page for details) Get in touch to discuss how many you will need.
Other designs can also be created to cater for boys and non-princess loving girls.
